More About Me

Get to know me

I have lived in the Puget Sound area for my whole life. I grew up in Richmond Beach, went to Western Washington University, and moved to the Eastside soon after. My personal life seems to revolve around my pets. I have two dogs (one is a tripod!) and two cats and they constantly keep me busy and entertained. I didn't know I liked yardwork until I moved into my current home, and during nice days you can find me outside planting flowers and throwing the ball for the dogs - multi-tasking! I love finding new places to eat and drink wine and taking place in local activities that showcase a sense of community. My mother was in Real Estate for over 30 years and it just seemed like a natural fit for me.

Working for my clients

It is my goal to help new clients, friends and family members sell their current home for maximum dollars and/or find a house they can call a home. Most important to me is providing the best customer service to buyers and sellers in order to earn their trust, referrals and repeat business. I have sold properties that range from starter homes to high-end estates; condos and new construction; vacant land and investment properties. Clients appreciate my low-pressure sales, ability to negotiate the best price, flexibility, my ability to listen and hear what a client wants, and my competency in pricing and marketing a home accurately. At the end of each transaction I hope to be fast friends with my clients.

Helping my community

At Windermere we help people buy and sell homes, but we also help build community. I’m proud to support the Windermere Foundation which has raised over $38 million in the past 30 years for low-income and homeless families right here in our local community. With each transaction I make a monetary donation in my clients' name.

I am also on the Board of the Eastside Windermere Foundation and play a part in distributing and deciding which organizations in our Eastside community are deserving of our grants and assistance. Last year we gave away $235,000 to almost 20 non-profits.
